Delaware Training

The Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health (DSAMH), within the Delaware Department of Health and Social Services, is responsible for Delaware's public mental health and substance abuse services for persons 18 years of age and older. DSAMH's mission is to improve the quality of life for adults having mental illness, alcoholism, drug addiction, or gambling addiction by promoting their health and well being, fostering their self-sufficiency and protecting those who are at risk. The Division accomplishes this mission by providing publicly funded treatment, education, prevention and advocacy.
