    Cancellation and Refund Policy
    Requests for cancellations and refunds must be made in writing and postmarked or faxed by 5:00 p.m., September 6, 2004. No refunds will be granted after September 6, 2004. A $25 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.     Cell Phones and Beepers
